1. Pay in advance

Short after you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the total amount to pay and with our bank account details. We'll send out your order after as soon as we have received your payment.

2. Cash on delivery

Only available in Germany!

After you have completed your order, we will send out the product(s) as soon as possible. You pay directly to the mailman.
Please keep in mind, that you have to pay the total amount of your order AND the cash on delivery fee (currently 6,90 EUR).

Scope

These general terms and issues are valid for the limited purpose of business relation issues between bondbags (Am Stahlhammer 39, 66121 Saarbrücken), its authorized representative Petra Bond and the customer. Contrary conditions or otherwise expressly different agreements are not valid without the written and explicit consent of bondbags.

Conclusion of the contract

The products' represantation in this online-shop is not a binding offer, but an online catalogue without obligation. With entering your personal data and pressing the button to confirm your order, you place a binding order of your chosen product(s). Short after that, you will receive a confirmation email. The contract of sale gets valid with our shipping confirmation or the shipping of our products. If you do not receive the shipment confirmation or the product(s) itself, you are not bound to your order.

Partial shipment

We are authorized to ship only parts of your order as long as it is reasonable. Additional shipping costs will be charged only with explicit agreement.

Reservation of proprietary rights

The shipped product(s) remain property of bondbags until the total order amount has been paid.

Right of withdrawal / Exchange / Return

You may cancel the contract within 2 weeks without giving any reason by letter (to: bondpags, Am Stahlhammer 39, D-66121 Saarbrücken), by email (to: info@bondbags.com), by fax (to: +49 (0)681 9 38 98 02) or by returning the product(s) via postpaid delivery to the above given address.
The cancellation period shall commence at the earliest on receipt of the ordered product(s).
You have to pay the cost of the return if our delivery was what you have ordered and the whole order amount was under 40 EUR.
No cancellation for custom-made products.
If the order amount was over 40 EUR, we ask you kindly to pay the return delivery. As soon as we receive it, we will refund the amount.

Special note:
Please keep in mind that our products are handmade: Some variations (like different buckles, rubber animals or the like) are possible. This is not a quality characteristic but provides a special uniqueness to your product. If you're not willing to accept this or if you don't want to be surprised, please contact us with your exact wishes - BEFORE you order (best practise would be email). Or put your wishes in the order form.
